30/4/2016 0 Comments Sun in AquariusJanuary 22nd - February 21stAquarius in the Sun becomes pulled in two directions and forced to analyze the self first and humanity as a whole second. There is discomfort between the two because Aquarius and the sun have opposing energies; judgement versus objectiveness, warmth versus chill, creative expression versus immense rationalization. Aquarius is a generally cold sign; in the warmth of the sun, there needs to be room for compromise. Without compromise, an Aquarius sun may come off as elusive and completely independent. Unlike its sister sign Leo, an Aquarius doesn't need the approval of others to function. Instead, they go off of experiences of those around them. The Sun in Aquarius will take in what they see as the "right" thing to do. The difference between morals and ethics: Aquarius is more along the lines of ethics, and the sun tempts them to create morals. The discomfort in this self analyzing becomes a problem where Aquarius is already comfortable with the self, and they feel the need to analyze others instead. Humanity as a whole interests them, yet the sun still pulls them to, once again, look at themselves. They do not see themselves as the center of their own solar system; they see their solar system as infinite in all directions; therefore, giving everything a center. Individuality is also a challenge for people of the Aquarius. They’re the type to take into account the nature of all individuals, and you compare them to yourself in order to create your own persona. The personality of Sun in Aquarius is based off of the multitude rather than the self, and it’s incredibly difficult for the rest of the native's planets to find light this way.
The modern ruler of Aquarius is Uranus, and its ancient ruler, Saturn. The energies of those two planets are not alike, but overall, they describe the energy that Aquarius is all about. Saturn is responsibility, working up to a point of success; Aquarius is one sign capable of appreciating success. They are also a sign of growth and eventual maturity; they greatly represent the importance of maturing over time. Its representation through Uranus is the chaotic side of their nature, the rebellious, independent, detached side. Without the balance of Saturn, Aquarius is capable of a lot of chaos, and they may lead unconventional, chaotic lives before accepting the maturity of Saturn.
